MONDAY MUSINGS ON TUESDAY

Hello!

I'm back!

We were gone for a total of three weeks, but I was able to spend two entire weeks with my brand new granddaughter!

Get ready . . . here come the pictures!

Meet VIOLET KATE!

We had so much fun dressing her up!

Here's Violet with her brothers:

So, that's what I've been doing for the last three weeks!

What have you been up to?

  1. So sweet. It looks like she's posing and her big brothers will be looking out for her. Glad to hear you are back and had a wonderful time. :-)

    1. In particular, her oldest brother is very protective of her. It's so sweet. She's a lucky girl to have two older brothers who will watch out for her all her life. Thanks for stopping by, Sherry!

  2. So sweet. I could look at baby pictures all day and never get tired. She is beautiful and I'm so glad you got to spend time with her and the boys.

    1. I spent so much time just staring at her in person! Newborn babies are so beautiful and such a miracle. I'm so glad I had time with her too. Sadly, I probably won't see her again until she's nine months--which just kills me. But I keep reminding myself that I should be thankful I had so much time with her at all. Hope you're doing well, Charissa!

    1. While I miss my daughter and her family so much, I am glad to be home. It was a long and busy trip, but I loved every minute of it. I just wish I could've taken them all home with me!

I think I am always trying to catch up and I've decided it will never happen!! Take care, Christy!

    1. I'm happy to be back and yet I feel like I left my heart at my daughter's house. It's certainly an adjustment when you return home. I'm just trying to move on with life and keep busy. Grandchildren are the best. I know you agree, Rita!
