    1. I think that is the perfect caption for this image, Tabitha. It's such an odd picture and it cracked me up. Nice job!

    1. I really love, "I can fly with a little help from my friends." It does look as though that's what she's trying to do, right? Great caption, Sherry.

    1. Hahaha. Yes, yes she does! Love it, Rita. She's a caped crusader who is ignoring a marriage proposal in favor of saving the world.

    1. My thoughts exactly, Christy. Crazy weird. I guess they're trying to go for fantasy romance in this image. They failed!! Love your caption.

    1. Congrats on your win last week, Laura! Whatever he's holding in his hand does look like an orb and not a wedding ring!! And she's only thinking about flying. So weird. Great captions.

    1. I love, "Will you marry me? Are you even listening?" It captures what is happening in the image so perfectly. Maybe it's supposed to express her happiness, I don't know!! Nice caption, BN!

  8. Congrats Laura!
    You light up my life.
Sorry I missed last week!! We took my dog to the vet last Monday because his hemotoma (not sure how to spell that) wasn't going away. She sent us back to the vet that she sent us for an ultrasound a few months back...over an hour away from us. That night he told us it was an aggressive cancer and he'd have about two to four weeks to live.... Last Friday we had to put him down. So I haven't really been in the mood to be at my computer.
In better news, my friend woke up from her coma. Apparently it was induced. But now she needs physical therapy to learn to walk and write again (which is extra sad because she writes).
Not even sure if I made the deadline tonight....but still wanted to post anyway!! I missed you all!!

    1. Oops, we actually took him to our regular vet because it started to bleed...not because it wasn't going away.

    2. You're only one minute late and that's close enough for me, Natalie!! I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. I know pets can be beloved family members and it's so hard to see them go. And I'm glad you're friend has woken up from the coma. I hope her recovery is swift. Goodness, you've had some tough moments in your life recently and I don't blame you for not wanting to be at your computer. No worries. Life happens and we sometimes just need some time to ourselves. Take care and pamper yourself.
Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I love your caption.

    3. Thank you both (three? Tom/Tabitha is two in themselves lol). It's hard, especially because I spent basically 24/7 with him. And I was his favorite person (not me being full of myself; he legitimately would watch my every moment and cry if I wasn't with him). He's with his favorite animals now, though, in heaven: my cat Kaspar who died a few years ago, and our dog Sammy who died in 2009. He always lifted his legs on things, so I said that God is going to have his hands full with him!
I can only imagine what my friend's family is going through. While I am friends with her, we are not super super close. We actually only spoke probably once in college. Then after I graduated we found each other on facebook and realized we had tons in common. She is still my friend, though, so it still hurts. My point was, if it hurts me and that is only how close we are, how are her family and closest friends faring?
If by "pamper" you mean going on book shopping sprees.... :D
I hope everything is going well with you, Taylor. As I haven't been on much, I haven't seen your other posts.

    4. Aw, he sounds like such a sweet dog.
I can't begin to imagine how hard it would be to see a loved one in a coma, close friend or just someone you count as a friend. Either way, you hurt for them and what they are going through.
And yes, a book shopping spree is a great way to pamper yourself! Relax and enjoy!
