If you feel so inclined, I would LOVE it if you would vote for Jailbird and Hothouse Flower, which have been reader nominated for The Swoony Awards on Goodreads! (Stone Silence was on there too, but had to be removed because it doesn't qualify for the correct publication dates. But how cool that a reader nominated it as well!)

How you rank the books you vote for is very important. For example, if you vote for ten books, the book you mark as your #1 vote will get a much higher score than voting for a book and ranking it as your #10 favorite.

2018 Swoony Awards

The Swoony Awards are a reader’s choice award recognizing excellence in clean secular, wholesome romance. We wanted a way to show our appreciation to these awesome authors who write the kind of books that we love. It’s also a great way to find new books and a good go-to when looking for something fun to read. 

Eligibility

-ONLY books PUBLISHED December 1, 2017 – November 30, 2018 are eligible

-Intimacy: G-PG13 (closed door or fade to black) 

-Language: None/mild (No F words or other explicit language) nothing overly crude

-Violence: Mild/low 

-Page Count: 100 pages or higher, anthologies are okay

-Age: NO Children’s or Middle Grade

-Religious: No Christian fiction, some *very mild* religious elements may be allowed

You can vote for up to 100 books on the list, books will be added throughout the year so be sure to check back often and nominate whenever you finish and love a book. Voting ends December 31, 2018.
